There will be volunteers at the airport to pick up the delegates to shuttle buses or taxis. In case some of the delegates have to go to the hotels or the meeting venues by themselves, please follow the instruction as follows:

Airport shuttle bus

Airport shuttle bus is available at both two terminals of Haikou Meilan Airport. Please take shuttle No. 1 to Longhuaqu Zhengfu Station, and then take a taxi to hotel. The fee is about CNY35 (approx. US$5) . It takes about 1 and a half hours to the hotel. The earliest shuttle is 7:10 and the latest is 24:30.

Taxi

Taxi fare from the airport to Hilton (Haikou) hotel is around 60 CNY (approx. US$8). We suggest you wait for taxi at the airport designated taxi station.

International Flights

For using visa-free entry scheme 3 to enter Hainan province alone, there is a special travel restriction that the attendees need to enter Hainan province from outside of mainland China, most likely by making a transit at Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, etc.
