   The offline payment of registration is closed on October 24, 2025. Because of the international bank transfer delay, so please make the payment on-line or on-site.The conference fees will be collected by Beijing Win Win Conference Exhibit Service Center .    3. Cancellation Policy

   1) A processing fee of $50 (￥350) will be carged for chancellations received on or before Sep 10, 2025. 2) 50% of your registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received between September 11, 2025 to October 10, 2025. 3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 10, 2025 and no-shows. 4) Any questions for cancellation, please contact us.
